LastPass is looking for a Vice President, Sales Operations

LastPass is seeking a Vice President of Sales Operations to architect and lead the operational backbone of our global revenue engine. This high-impact role is essential to driving sales effectiveness in a high-velocity, high-transaction environment with distributed teams across the globe, including offshore resources.

As a key partner to the Head of Sales, you will own forecasting, planning, and performance management while bringing deep expertise in sales enablement and compensation strategy, including quota planning and incentive design. Your leadership will ensure scalable growth, motivated teams, and operational excellence across the organization.

We support global sales teams with data-driven insights, streamlined processes, and scalable systems that enable customer acquisition and retention. Who will you work with?

The Vice President of Sales Operations will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and partner across key functions including Finance, Marketing, HR, Legal, and Technology to align operational strategies with business objectives. You’ll also work with global sales leaders and offshore teams to ensure consistent execution, transparency, and scalability. This role requires building trusted relationships at all levels; from executive leadership to frontline teams while influencing decisions that drive growth and operational excellence.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Own the end-to-end planning, forecasting, quota setting, and performance tracking processes to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Champion continuous improvement by streamlining workflows, launching scalable programs, and enabling sales teams with the tools and training they need to succeed
  • Drive sales process optimization, training and enablement, program implementation
  • Design and administer competitive performance-driven sales compensation programs in partnership with Finance and HR that motivate and reward results
  • Oversee deployment of sales personnel and recommend coverage models and team structures to maximize efficiency across global and offshore teams
  • Champion continuous improvement and change management initiatives
  • Lead change management initiatives that support organizational evolution, including integration of acquired teams, systems, and processes
  • Develop and deliver training programs for field teams, focused on building critical competencies and driving consistent execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align operational initiatives with product, marketing, and customer success strategies
  • Prioritize and implement enabling technologies that support scale, transparency, and productivity
  • Represent the Revenue team across the organization, acting as a trusted advisor and champion for operational excellence
  • Ensure timely, accurate reporting and analytics to support decision-making across the sales organization and executive leadership
  • Experience with sales or sales management experience, ideally in a similar role

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Proven success in high-velocity, high-transaction environments, ideally within SaaS or tech sectors
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables with sound planning and resource management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal/negotiation skills, to including conflict resolution; systematic problem solving
  • Demonstrated success operating in a cross-functional environment to develop solutions that dive business impact
  • Self-starter with high degree of initiatives and minimum supervision
  • Broad business acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Legal, Finance and Technology teams
  • Highly organized with an meticulous attention to details
  • Proficient in Excel skills
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or similar CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
  • Exceptional at structuring, interpreting, and presenting complex analysis to drive decision-making

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. In addition to the base pay, this position will have commission. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

US Base Pay Range
$232,800$280,000 USD
