Join our fast-growing beauty brand as the VP of Sales, Key Accounts (North America), a vital role in scaling OSEA’s presence and deepening relationships with top-tier retail partners. As the driving force behind corporate key retailers, you will work closely with the Chief Sales Officer to build strategies, meet revenue targets, and nurture partnerships with key retail accounts. We are looking for a strategic leader with a passion for sales, data, and fostering connections who will partner across departments to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Oversee corporate account relationships, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Drive sales goals by developing tailored strategies for key accounts that align with company targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and analytics teams to align promotional efforts and account strategies with brand initiatives.

Account Management & Oversight

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier North American Key Retailer accounts with a focus on building strong, long-lasting partnerships.
  • Regularly meet with retail buyers and stakeholders to review performance, address challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track and monitor performance metrics for key accounts, proactively identifying areas for improvement and innovation.

Team Development & Process Optimization

  • Manage and motivate sales support team members with a focus on enhancing efficiencies and streamlining processes to achieve departmental goals.
  • Provide individualized coaching and mentorship to support professional growth and optimize contributions to the team.

Budget Oversight

  • Own the corporate key accounts budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize return on investment.
  • Partner with finance to maintain accurate forecasting, financial planning, and reporting.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Provide regular updates to the manager and executive team on account performance, industry insights, and sales strategies.

Collaboration Across Teams

  • Partner with the brand marketing team to develop and execute impactful promotional campaigns tailored to key accounts.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless execution of inventory planning, shipping, and in-store experiences.
  • Collaborate with Education to plan and execute on Field Events and Retailer initiatives.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a focus on account management and strategy within the beauty or CPG industry.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing and mentoring sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue and margin targets while fostering strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire across teams.
  • Experience working with and leading account management with national retailers Ulta (required), Mecca and Nordstrom is highly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, embracing innovation, collaboration, and a growth-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with key accounts and attend major brand events.

Base Salary Range: $165,000-$200,000 per year (Actual compensation depends on factors like experience, skill level, and location).
