About the Role

We’re hiring a Vice President, Marketing to own the day-to-day leadership and performance of StudyFetch’s marketing organization. This person is a high-functioning operator who combines creative intuition with structured execution, translating vision into systems that scale. You’ll work closely with the CMO and CEO to turn brand direction into measurable growth; leading a multidisciplinary team across brand, creator, performance, and comms. The ideal candidate has led small-to-medium teams, thrives in fast-paced creative environments, and knows how to bring clarity, consistency, and momentum to a growing marketing function. You’ll define the standards, build the processes, and lead the people who make StudyFetch a brand that students love and remember.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day operations, performance, and output of the marketing org

  • Partner with the CMO and CEO to translate creative direction into structured, measurable marketing strategies

  • Lead and scale a cross-functional team spanning brand, creator, and performance

  • Build systems and processes that enable fast, consistent, and high-quality execution across campaigns

  • Oversee all paid and organic growth initiatives across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms

  • Evolve StudyFetch’s creator program to drive brand authenticity, reach, and ROI

  • Collaborate with Product and Creator teams to align launches, messaging, and integrated campaigns

  • Develop marketing analytics and reporting frameworks that drive accountability and informed decision-making

  • Establish clear goals, timelines, and success metrics to ensure the marketing function scales efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • 6-10 years of total marketing experience, including 4+ years of leadership experience

  • Must have a proven track record of driving accelerative growth; experience taking a small company through rapid scale

  • Proven ability to lead and operationalize marketing in creative, high-growth environments (tech, gaming, agency, or consumer)

  • Deep expertise across organic and paid channels, particularly TikTok, Meta, and influencer-driven ecosystems

  • Strong creative sensibility combined with the analytical rigor to forecast, measure, and optimize performance

  • Experienced in building systems, workflows, and repeatable processes that scale team efficiency

  • Comfortable switching between hands-on execution and strategic leadership as needed

  • Confident leading cross-functional collaboration across product, creator, and content functions

  • Based in Los Angeles and excited to build in-office with a collaborative, fast-moving team

What We Offer
