- Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with DAS Health’s growth goals across the Senior Living and Ambulatory sectors.
- Position DAS Health as a trusted technology and managed services partner through differentiated messaging, thought leadership, and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to align go-to-market priorities, optimize lead flow, and accelerate revenue growth.
- Translate complex technology and compliance solutions into clear, value-driven messaging tailored to healthcare decision-makers.
- Champion DAS Health’s position as a catalyst for digital transformation in healthcare — helping organizations modernize IT environments while improving care delivery and operational resilience.
- Drive execution of integrated marketing programs that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.
- Oversee digital strategy including website performance, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media engagement.
- Lead the creation of high-impact content including campaigns, case studies, press releases, and partner communications that support lead conversion and brand consistency.
- Analyze campaign data, performance metrics, and pipeline attribution to continuously refine marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Support events, webinars, and partner initiatives by ensuring timely, strategic, and coordinated execution.
- Lead and develop a marketing team that values creativity, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and direction to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and operational excellence.
- Manage agency and vendor partnerships to expand capacity, optimize spend, and maintain consistent brand standards.
- Oversee marketing budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting to the executive team and board.
- Build scalable processes and systems to increase efficiency and visibility across marketing functions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive insights to inform strategy and strengthen positioning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within MSP, MSSP, IT services, or SaaS environments.
- Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead both strategic planning and execution across campaigns, content, and analytics.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and creative capabilities with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills with executive-level presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
