Your Impact:

As the Vice President of Marketing your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement national marketing strategies that align with Next Health’s business goals and foster brand growth.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms and materials in collaboration with the Head of Brand.

- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns encompassing digital, print, experiential marketing, TV, and PR to engage target audiences effectively.

- Strategically manage and enhance social media marketing strategies, maintaining innovation in this area to captivate and grow our audience.

- Manage relationships with all marketing vendors, including digital ad agencies, and oversee media purchases across multiple channels.

- Utilize consumer insights and market research to inform and refine marketing strategies, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the market.

- Oversee all aspects of brand measurement, including brand equity tracking, NPS score, and consumer segmentation to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

- Manage the marketing budget and the national brand fund with a focus on maximizing ROI and demonstrating tangible results from marketing investments.

- Direct the company’s marketing technology platforms, deploying innovative strategies to enhance ecommerce, lead generation, and customer journey experiences.

- Facilitate collaboration between marketing and other departments, such as Franchise Development, to ensure cohesive and effective market strategies that support overall business objectives.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.


What You will Bring:

Well qualified individuals will posses the following;

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required).

- Minimum of 5 years in brand marketing roles.

- At least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing national marketing for franchise brands.

- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth and enhance franchise performance.

- Strong understanding of franchise business models and their unique marketing needs.

- Expertise in digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, and analytics platforms.

- Experience in strategic planning, brand measurement, and budget management while maintaining innovative social marketing strategies.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven success in team management and cross-departmental collaboration.

Expected Compensation

The expected compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from $145,000 to $165,000 per year along with additional benefits. The complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the interview process and upon receiving an offer of employment.
