What we do:

As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Investment and Technology Solutions to clients across the globe, we manage approximately $131.5 billion in discretionary assets and have oversight of an additional $816 billion in non-discretionary assets as of September 30, 2024.

The Opportunity:

As a Vice President on our Client Solutions team, you will work to expand the firm’s institutional client base in the West Region. You will be responsible for establishing new relationships in the region, working with existing client and consultant relationships to maintain & expand our client base in commingled funds and separate accounts. In this role you will bring your ability to communicate effectively, present complex strategies to clients and operate in a results-driven dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  •  Raise capital from West institutions including pensions, endowments, foundations & financial institutions for global private markets products & separate accounts.
  • Initiate research to target potential investors for business development and attend investor meetings.
  • Maintain CRM data post investor meetings. Help build and support marketing campaigns by using existing CRM contacts and identifying potential investors.
  • Review Requests for Proposals and Due Diligence Questionnaires completed by the Client Solutions Support Team.
  • Schedule and arrange conference calls, client meetings, road shows and investor events.
  • Work directly with the Head of Client Solutions in the Americas to develop a business plan to continue the growth of our institutional client base in the West.
  • Work with the consultant relations team to assist with the coverage of select consulting firms and field consultants.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of firm’s commingled funds, strategies and market thoughts.
     

Your background will include:

  • 7-10 years of work experience in a financial industry setting.
  • College degree (B.A., B.S. or B.B.A.)
  • Proven experience in an institutional client facing role, preferably in a sales capacity, relationship management, and or consultant relations experience will also be considered.
  • Willing to travel extensively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
  • Detail oriented and organized and possess good analytical skills.  
  • Proven Ability to handle multiple assignments/initiatives.  
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
