Panorama Education is seeking a transformational executive to lead our Go To Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations. In partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will shape our commercial vision, lead strategic planning across revenue functions, and operationalize growth levers to define Panorama’s next chapter. You will align Sales, Marketing, Customer Partnership, Enablement, and Finance to drive growth, scale effectiveness, and optimize performance. This is a rare opportunity to lead GTM transformation by bringing structure, accountability, and strategic clarity to Panorama’s commercial engine.
 
Key Responsibilities
GTM Strategy and Commercial Planning
  • Define and evolve our long term GTM vision across segments, verticals, and buyer profiles
  • Lead cross functional initiatives that unlock revenue, reduce friction, and elevate the customer journey
  • Align planning, product launches, pricing, segmentation, and budget strategy with Finance, Marketing, and Product
  • Track market trends and buyer behavior to keep our GTM approach adaptive and effective
Sales Operations & Performance Enablement
  • Own end-to-end sales operations including forecasting, pipeline health, territory design and compensation modeling
  • Build and scale onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs in partnership with Enablement and People teams
Revenue Intelligence and Analytics
  • Lead a high performing RevOps team to deliver insights across GTM funnel performance, retention, and growth
  • Build dashboards, board materials, and executive level reporting to drive strategic decisions
  • Champion data accuracy, transparency, and usability across revenue systems
Systems and Tooling
  • Own CRM optimization and systems roadmap including Salesforce, Gong, and HubSpot to enable visibility, agility, and execution
  • Drive automation and intelligence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Team Leadership and Cross Functional Alignment
  • Inspire, lead, and develop a nimble team of RevOps and Enablement professionals
  • Unify teams and align them to roadmap, messaging, enablement, and customer experience to GTM priorities.
  • Ensure tight feedback loops from the field inform pricing, packaging, and product planning
Qualifications
  • 12+ years in GTM strategy, commercial operations, enablement, or business consulting, ideally in SaaS or edtech
  • 5+ years in senior leadership committed to building inclusive, high performance, data driven teams
  • Proven success scaling GTM systems and processes in high growth, multi product environments
  • Strong operator with the ability to shift between executive strategy, systems design, and team leadership
  • Collaborative communicator with a track record of leading through influence

Salary: The starting base salary for this role is $225,000 annually 

The “Starting Base Salary” represents anticipated salary for this position across all US locations. The determination of this anticipated Base Salary involves the consideration of many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: unique skill sets, experience, training, performance, licensure and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. Our anticipated Base Salary determination is just one component of Panorama’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual bonus or commission awards, equity awards, as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits
