We are seeking a Director of Growth to lead demand generation and conversion strategy for our managed service business and our research-grade SaaS platform. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, building and optimizing the programs that attract, convert, and activate new customers.

The Director of Growth will design and execute the plans that drive qualified leads, optimize the funnel, and ensure fast, seamless customer onboarding. This leader brings a test‑and‑learn mindset, a deep command of growth levers, and the ability to translate insight into action across marketing, product, sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities:

· Build and own a comprehensive growth strategy to drive awareness, pipeline, and sustained adoption of Dynata and related products.

· Lead multi‑channel demand generation, including digital, organic and paid media, content, webinars, partnerships, and ecosystem programs.

· Develop and manage the full funnel—top‑of‑funnel demand, mid‑funnel nurturing, and bottom‑funnel conversion.

· Create data‑driven onboarding paths that accelerate time to value and increase product activation rates.

· Partner closely with Product and Sales to define ideal customer profiles, feature narratives, and conversion‑optimized journeys.

· Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track performance and continuously optimize spend and effort. KPIs and accountability for

customer acquisition, product interest, retention, revenue, and win rate. Leads, MQL, Return on Ad Spend.

· Lead cross‑functional growth initiatives, championing an experimentation culture grounded in data quality and rigor.

Who you will work with:

· Work with stakeholders across the commercial organization including sales, sales enablement

· Within marketing including brand marketing, product marketing and operations.

· Manage media agency/SEO agency.

Requirements and skills

· Proven work experience in growth marketing: demand gen with demonstrated success.

· Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across channels and markets.

· Solid digital experience spanning HubSpot, SEO, web analytics and Google AdWords. Amplitude is a Plus.

· Reporting experience.

· Need to be a self-starter, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communications skills.

· Strong analytical and project management skills.

· Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions.

· 8+ years experience.

· Experience working in a project management tool such as Monday.

The base salary range for this position in is $180K-$225K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
