Vice President of Customer Success, EMEA

The Vice President of Customer Success is a senior resource within our Customer Success and Customer Experience group. This role is responsible for setting up new customer success team members for success with a focus on onboarding and training. In addition, this individual will contribute to the team by providing guidance, best practices, troubleshooting, and mentorship to the rest of the team. Ad-hoc managerial projects are also part of the overall scope of this position.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead onboarding, ramp and management of local CreatorIQ Customer Success. Managers. This includes function roles and responsibilities, and platform best practices

  • Be a point of contact for key customers as an owner and customer escalations during adoption and management challenges.

  • Contribute to the internal knowledge share, specifically for the Customer Success team, including processes, strategic guidance, and platform best practices.

  • Train, delegate, monitor, and motivate team members effectively to ensure a stable customer experience.

  • Ensure all team members are providing account updates in tracking tools and assist them with any hurdles that may arise.

  • Identify and drive tactical initiatives to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, growth, and process improvements.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • Minimum 7-10+ years of large Enterprise SaaS customer success and account management experience

  • Proactive, willing to take initiative, flexible, fast learner, able to lead a customer success team through challenges to ultimately deliver a satisfied customer

  • Demonstrate experience mentoring new teammates and guiding them through customer challenges

  • Enthusiastic, professional, with a focus on customer excellence

  • Problem solving and solutions driven

  • Ability to adapt and operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments

  • Capable to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several priorities and projects

Compensation Range: £120K - £130K
