We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Corporate Marketing to with a special emphasis on product marketing excellence and brand stewardship. This executive role is responsible for shaping and elevating the company’s brand identity, articulating our product value propositions, and driving strategic go-to-market initiatives that accelerate growth and customer engagement.
As the steward of our company’s brand, you will ensure consistency, credibility, and differentiation across every touchpoint. You’ll also lead the product marketing function to develop compelling messaging, enable sales, and drive adoption across a growing portfolio of innovative products and solutions. We are looking for a thoughtful strategist with bold ideas, a strong willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute, and an impeccable attention to detail.
What you’ll do:- Serve as the guardian and architect of the company’s brand, ensuring a strong, unified identity across messaging, visuals, and customer experiences.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and strengthen our competitive position.
- Drive product marketing excellence—owning go-to-market strategy for new and existing products including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, launch planning, and customer insights.
- Build and lead a high-performing team across corporate marketing, product marketing, brand, design, and content.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment between market needs, product direction, and marketing execution.
- Create and oversee a scalable framework for sales enablement, ensuring sales teams are armed with the right messaging, content, and tools to win.
- Lead development of brand and product campaigns that promote awareness, drive demand, and differentiate our offerings in a crowded market.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, pipeline impact, and ROI, providing actionable insights and leading continuous optimization efforts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to proactively adapt and refine strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within B2B, SaaS, technology, or innovation-driven environments.
- Proven expertise in product marketing, including product positioning, messaging, competitive research, and enterprise-level product launches.
- Demonstrated success as a brand steward, building and maintaining a strong, differentiated brand across multiple channels and audiences.
- Proven ability to do breakthrough creative work / push the envelope.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to attract, develop, and retain talent and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, balancing long-term vision with executional excellence.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence key stakeholders across product, sales, and executive leadership.
- Knowledge of modern marketing, CRM, analytics, and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Experience scaling brand and product marketing strategies during high-growth or transformation stages.
- Background in driving analyst relations and thought leadership programs.
- Familiarity with global brands or experience managing brand consistency across international markets.
The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
