The company also established its in-house unscripted studio FOX Alternative Entertainment (The Masked Singer, Snake Oil, I Can See Your Voice, Name That Tune), FOX Entertainment Studios (Animal Control) to develop scripted content, and worldwide content sales unit FOX Entertainment Global.JOB DESCRIPTIONAs Vice President of Content Technology Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in future-proofing FOX’s physical and technological production environment—ensuring our creators and production partners have the systems, spaces, and tools they need to tell bold stories at scale. You will lead a multidisciplinary function responsible for long-range planning across the media supply chain, including physical infrastructure, post-production operations, and creator-facing tools. This role blends strategic foresight with hands-on innovation, enabling operational excellence and creative empowerment.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Studio IT & Infrastructure
- Shape the long-range planning and infrastructure strategy to align production technology capabilities with evolving creative and business needs
- Lead annual CAPEX planning and prioritization to ensure investments meet operational requirements
- Oversee the transition from disparate technology services to FOX’s internal enterprise IT infrastructure and support, ensuring a smooth and sustainable shift
- Conduct market and capacity assessments across global production hubs, integrating macroeconomic and demand trends into planning
Resource Planning & Vendor Partnerships
- Build strategic frameworks and financial models to evaluate partnerships, ROI, and long-term investment opportunities in sound stages, post-production facilities, and VFX services
- Maintain and evolve FOX’s preferred vendor rate cards and performance models to ensure consistent, cost-effective support across all content verticals
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align post capabilities with studio content pipelines
Creator Tools Integration & Innovation Enablement
- Identify and evaluate emerging “creator tools” that address business needs across content operations, production, and post
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors/startups to influence product roadmaps and support the development of tools that enhance creative output and operational agility
- Monitor and assess proofs-of-concept and R&D efforts across the studio, helping translate validated pilots into scalable, studio-ready solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful innovations are adopted into production workflows with clear business value
- Stay embedded in the creative technology and startup ecosystem to proactively scout trends, solutions, and opportunities that future-proof FOX’s production environment
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 15+ years in production operations, studio infrastructure, post-production strategy, or creative technology
- Deep understanding of studio workflows across film, TV, and digital content
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Passion for innovation, creative enablement, and building systems that empower storytellers

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $206,000.00-270,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
