We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President, Sales to lead our sales organization in achieving ambitious revenue and growth objectives. This executive role requires a proven sales leader who excels at developing high-performing teams, building strong client relationships, and driving innovative go-to-market strategies. The Vice President, Sales will oversee all aspects of sales strategy, execution, and performance management, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business goals.
What You’ll Do- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance competitive positioning.
- Team Development: Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team, instilling a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, serving as an executive-level sponsor and trusted advisor.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including verticals, regions, and strategic partnerships, that align with corporate growth initiatives.
- Performance & Analytics: Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics to ensure accurate reporting, effective resource allocation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and executive leadership to ensure sales strategies are fully integrated with broader business objectives.
- Executive Representation: Represent the sales organization at high-level meetings, industry events, and conferences, strengthening the company’s reputation and visibility in the market.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 12+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, competitive industry.
- Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams and developing future leaders.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate corporate goals into actionable sales plans.
- Expertise in sales operations, forecasting, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
