- Serve as a local leader within our AI/ML team, driving innovation and fostering growth.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting an inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set technical visions and execute strategic roadmaps.
- Manage AI/ML projects using Agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery.
- Design experiments, implement algorithms, and productionize scalable solutions.
- Contribute to firm-wide machine learning communities through patent filings and publications.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 10+ years (BS), 8+ years (MS), or 5+ years (PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent fields.
- Proven track record of managing AI/ML teams and developing production solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python, including advanced concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data structures and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience in coding and solution design from scratch.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud services such as EMR and SageMaker.
- Strong people management and team-building skills.

- Ability to inspire collaboration among technical and non-technical teams.
- Effective communication and solid negotiation skills.
- Experience in fostering a healthy engineering culture and attracting talent.
