Job Profile and Essential Duties:
- Develop and implement the company's go-to-market strategy commercial activation process for new AI and SaaS products, with a strong focus on increasing awareness, demand, and product adoption.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify key audiences, understand user needs, and inform marketing, business, and product roadmaps
- Create consumer-oriented marketing collateral, including case studies, testimonials, infographics, and videos, tailored to specific market needs.
- Set, monitor, and drive key marketing metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of marketing programs and initiatives that align to business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, academic end-users, and customers to reflect their voice and ensuring their needs drive our product development and marketing efforts.
- Advise leadership on product roadmap, business case, value proposition, and market fit.
- Establish strategic partnerships to help inform and enhance our offerings.
- Build strong and collaborative partnerships with product, engineering, and communications teams to deliver high-impact announcements and product content.
- Identify market opportunities and develop product roadmaps in collaboration with the product team.
- Mentor and lead a team of high-performing marketing professionals, providing guidance and direction to drive results.
- Drive marketing excellence through knowledge sharing, process standardization, and capability building across GE HealthCare for the betterment of all our software offerings.
- Stay current on emerging consumer trends, competitor activities, and marketing best practices to continuously refine our approach and maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in product or solution marketing for cloud-first, enterprise Software-as-a-Service, with a focus on AI-powered products. Experience in healthcare marketing preferred.
- Proven track record of creating successful, data-driven marketing programs and impactful marketing content.
- Experience with software go-to-market strategies.
- Elite written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong and confident in speaking/presenting at conferences and customer engagements.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication skills, with a proven track record of managing complex, nuanced, and highly regulated products.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
