Veriff is hiring its founding Verification Quality Control Specialist in the USA to join its Quality Assurance Team!  We are the humans behind the scenes safeguarding online identities and stopping fraud. We provide reliable and confidential identity verification services to businesses worldwide. Although spread across multiple locations, our team is unified on a shared purpose.

 

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

  • Performing tasks relevant to the QA function.
  • Maintaining a systematic overview and improving the overall execution of quality control services by conducting quality control checks.
  • Answering any questions from team members or clients related to the QA function.
  • Understanding and working with OKRs and executing on agreed Key Results and projects.
  • Having an excellent understanding of quality, what it impacts and how it can be driven.
  • Creating structure and overseeing tasks and goals for both QA processes and related purposes. 
  • Keeping our internal guidelines up to date and developing QA tool-related processes.
  • Working with data and conducting data analysis.
  • Creating and updating retrospectively traceable process change log for compliance purposes.
  • Sharing insights, knowledge, and learnings that reduce risk, complexity, effort, and challenges of the team.

  • Able to assist and coordinate multiple focus areas and tasks.
  • Project management skills - You are able to identify, create and apply processes, methods and knowledge.
  • A keen eye for detail and looking for opportunities that will allow us to foster a continuous improvement mindset.

You’re an especially awesome match if you have/are:

  • Experience working for a global scaleup/startup
  • Previous experience within the SaaS industry

Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $46,400 - $58,000.  Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law

Eligible Locations:  

California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington

*Ideal candidates will reside in a commutable distance of Denver, CO*
