Position Overview:

Prosperity7 Ventures, a venturing arm of Aramco Ventures, is seeking a Graduate Summer Student to support its investment professionals in the Palo Alto office. This individual will work closely with deal leads and investment managers on key workstreams related to new investment opportunities and portfolio management activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate venture capital, with a focus on sustainability and digital/industrial investments.
This internship position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the venture capital process within a corporate environment. Candidates will work closely with experienced professionals and gain insight into the management of a $1.5 billion sustainability fund and a $500MM digital/industrial fund.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform workstreams related to new investment opportunities under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and technology landscaping to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Perform valuation analysis and financial modeling to support investment decisions.
  • Review intellectual property (IP) landscapes and assess their strategic relevance.
  • Conduct detailed data room reviews and assist in tracking due diligence activities.
  • Participate in reference calls with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain portfolio reporting documentation and updates.
  • Contribute to deal sourcing activities through conference attendance and desk research.
  • Support the investment team with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Masters degree graduating Summer 2026 or after in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with experience in financial modeling and valuation analysis.
  • Ability to review and synthesize complex data sets with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Prior experience in venture capital, private equity, or start-up ecosystems is a plus but not required.
