Job Description:  Greeting the service customer and moving them towards selling us their car or upgrading into a new Honda.  The ideal canidate is the type of person that can talk to anyone and has high energy. This individual will be an integral part in acquiring vehicles and driving business through our service drive. 

The vehicle upgrade sale position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements  and ranges.  Wages include base hourly compensation of $16.04.  The position also pays a bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exception customer service while generating leads through our service drive.
  • Meet with service advisors regularly and check in on opportunities.
  • Look at service appointments and follow up with customers on the drive that are in the most likely category.
  • Aim for 5 Appraisals per day.
  • Goal of at least 3 vehicle acquisitions a week.
  • Hand off customer to appropriate manager if customer wishes to trade their vehicle for either a new or used vehicle..
  • Make 40-60 calls per day using the  and setting 4 appointments per day.
  • Daily checkout with General Sales Manager providing confirmation on daily performances.
  • Other thing needed by sale/service dept

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous dealership experience a huge plus
  • Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing
  • Attention to detail and problem solving capabilities
  • Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
