**This position is a Hybrid role based out of the local Los Angeles office**

You’re an aspiring valuation and appraisal professional who enjoys analyzing data, gathering market research, and following a project from start to finish. Your goal is mastery of appraisal concepts and applications, allowing you to accelerate into a lucrative career.

In this role, you will…

  • Deep-dive into local real estate markets to understand their supply/demand characteristics.
  • Sharpen your analytical skills to conduct research and analyze market and property information.
  • Contribute to writing appraisal reports focusing on retail, land, right-of-way/condemnation and litigation.
  • Work alongside project leaders and senior staff on the above, receiving guidance and building skill sets.

What you’ll bring

  • A commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards your certified general license.
  • An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real-estate as well as the knowledge you gained from your undergraduate / graduate degree.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong business English writing skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ideally, 1-3 years in commercial real estate.

Los Angeles, CA

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: 100% commission based.

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
