Job Summary & Responsibilities
The UX Writer will report to the Director, Design in the Product Management Department. This role is responsible for translating often complex product information and workflows into engaging and intuitive user experiences. This involves creating clear and concise content for our digital platforms and communications related to our customer's experience. This position will work closely with our product teams, Business Analysts, UX Designers/Writers and developers to solution for the best possible experience. We're looking for a self-motivated and highly organized individual with the ability to multitask, collaborate and prioritize in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.• Understand and interpret product requirements, design decisions and elicit feedback across various audiences• Execute on content strategy for our consumer and institutional products in support of larger organizational goals and objectives.• Create clear and concise content while applying UX best practices, brand guidelines and accessibility standards• Ensure the content uses proper voice and tone• Collaborate with designers, product managers/owners, business analysts, developers, marketing and business stakeholders to create content that educates, motivates and empowers users• Provide content of varying fidelity to our product designers to facilitate iterative design• Produce documentation that facilitates publishing or content implementation, such as copy decks, messaging frameworks or content models• Author content in our publishing tools• Collaborate with the content strategy team to evolve our product style guide• Support our design system by providing content guidelines for components and patterns as needed• Create, review and revise content to support strategic CX initiatives to ensure the best possible customer experience• Other duties as assigned
