Mid-Level UX/UI Designer
We are seeking a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to contribute to the creation of seamless, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for a designer with strong UX and UI skills who is eager to refine user flows, craft intuitive interfaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall user experience. Experience in the banking and financial sector is highly beneficial, given the complexities of digital transactions, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to UX strategy discussions, supporting the UX Lead and Senior designer in shaping user experience direction.
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that balance user needs with business objectives.
Work with UX Researchers to interpret research findings and integrate insights into design solutions.
Collaborate with other designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with product goals.
Support the maintenance and evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency across digital experiences.
Advocate for accessibility (WCAG), usability, and industry best practices throughout the design process.
Partner with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of UX/UI designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design tools.
Strong ability to create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Experience collaborating with UX Researchers to apply research findings effectively.
Knowledge of design systems, including component usage and contribution to scalable product design.
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and mobile-first principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for financial services or banking, with an understanding of security, compliance, and transactional workflows.
Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and animations to enhance UI engagement.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to iterative design processes.
