What We're Looking For
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define product vision, scope, and user flows from the earliest stages.
  • Lead and execute user research efforts, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis, to gain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
  • Translate complex business and user requirements into clear, intuitive, and scalable design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design intent.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to align stakeholders and generate shared understanding of product goals.
  • Champion user-centered design principles while balancing technical feasibility and business priorities.
  • Present design decisions and rationale in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner, adapting communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Drive the end-to-end design process: from early exploration and ideation through delivery, validation, and iteration.
  • Work within and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of designs matches the intent, supporting with specs, documentation, and QA when needed.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and methodologies to continually elevate the design practice.
  • Advanced English level
