Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with a deep understanding of user behavior and usability principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across platforms.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve designs.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
