About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Designer with UX/UI expertise to primarily own the creative and UX for our marketing funnel, from paid ads to landing pages and signup flows. You'll be responsible for designing compelling, on-brand visuals and user experiences that drive conversions, signups, and revenue. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and engineering to continuously test, learn, and improve performance.

Location: Hybrid (Remote + Occasional On-site if needed)

  • High-performing ad creatives across channels (social, search, display)
  • Landing pages and signup flows optimized for conversion
  • Playful, age-appropriate, and accessible UI that resonates with kids and parents
  • Consistent, recognizable brand identity across all touchpoints, website, and communications
  • A scalable design system supporting rapid testing, iteration, and consistency across features
  • A/B tested and data-driven improvements to funnel performance
You’re a Great Fit If You…
  • Have experience designing ads, landing pages, and signup flows that convert
  • Have a strong portfolio of high-performing marketing creative (paid, organic, funnel) and shipped digital products
  • Balance clarity, simplicity, delight, and brand integrity in performance-focused and user-centered design, especially for multiple audiences (kids, parents)
  • Are fluent in Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping tool
  • Have contributed to the design and launch of a mobile app (iOS), with a focus on usability and emotional impact
Essential Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Product Design, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • 5+ years of experience in growth/marketing design for B2C products, with additional UX/UI design experience in edtech, healthtech, or consumer apps
  • Proven track record in CRO, landing page optimization, paid ad creative, and designing/launching an iOS app
  • Strong collaboration with marketing, product, engineering, content, and research teams
  • Demonstrate expertise in visual design and hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe CC, and interactive prototyping tools
