About the RoleWe are looking for a UX Visual Designer to join our growing product team. You will combine user-centered design with strong visual storytelling to craft intuitive and delightful digital experiences. Your designs will shape how users interact with our product and reinforce our brand across platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with product managers, UX researchers, and engineers to define user needs and translate them into engaging visual designs.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and UI specs across web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and visual language consistency.
- Conduct and incorporate usability feedback to validate design decisions.
- Deliver assets and collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help shape the product’s overall design vision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in visual design, product design, or interaction design.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates UI/UX design, typography, layout, and visual craft.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Framer, Principle, or Protopie.
- Experience working with design systems and responsive design.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with motion design, animation, or 3D.
- Background in branding or marketing design.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and handing off designs to engineering teams.
Location: Mountain View, CA
Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $160,000 - $220,000 + equity + benefits (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
