We use behavioral economics, habit science and technology to motivate lasting behavior change in some of the highest-need and underserved populations in the US (Medicare and Medicaid), drastically changing their quality of life and health outcomes. We have demonstrated results with several large insurers and health systems (e.g. reducing hospitalizations by over 40%), and are now rapidly scaling. Our goal is to be the category leader in improving health outcomes for hard-to-engage populations. At Wellth, design goes beyond mere aesthetics – it's about crafting experiences that are intuitive and delightful. We design with accessibility as a primary focus, never an afterthought. You'll have the opportunity to use your design skills to truly make a difference in the lives of tens of thousands of chronic disease patients every day. 

Specifically, you will: 

• Utilize user-centered design practices from concept to execution
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to inform product decisions
• Build early-stage wireframes and prototypes to help iterate quickly on ideas and identify solutions to real problems
• Deliver pixel-perfect interface designs to the engineering team for production development
• Build and maintain a design system, including documentation for cross-team collaboration

What we’re looking for.Required Skills/Abilities:

• 4+ years of professional mobile UI/UX experience
• Strong user empathy
• Clear communication skills 
• Experience designing mobile user interfaces (Figma)
• Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma, Play, Origami, Cursor) 
• Experience collaborating with engineers to ship production designs to mobile (iOS and Android) and web
• Experience building design systems/component libraries 
• Experience conducting user research (user interviews, focus groups, usability tests)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in healthcare
• Experience meeting accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG) 
• Local to Los Angeles strongly preferred (Hybrid)

Base Compensation: $90K - $130K
