We are seeking talented UX/UI Designers to create exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uncover efficient workflows, craft clean and compelling design elements, and transform these into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Designers must maintain a strong customer focus, keeping users’ needs and preferences at the forefront of the design process. This includes conducting user and market research to develop engaging and intuitive experiences that enhance overall user satisfaction.

Key Areas of Responsibility 

  • Lead UX projects and drive overarching UX strategy

  • Uphold experience design (XD) processes and collaborate closely with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions that align with the product's visual and experiential direction

  • Execute all stages of visual design, from initial concept through engineering design reviews

  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate design and interaction concepts

  • Present and defend design decisions and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive stakeholders

  • Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback to guide design improvements

  • Contribute to and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Product Strategy, Vision, and Planning

  • Collaborate with Senior Designers to develop engaging and strategic design concepts that inform the product roadmap and can be shared with Product Managers

  • Partner with Product Owners to translate design strategies into product features and user stories that align with the broader product vision

Customer Experience Research, Insights, and Execution

  • Conduct competitive analysis of direct and indirect competitors and monitor industry trends to inform design strategy

  • Perform in-depth customer/user research to gather and interpret both quantitative and qualitative insights, ensuring design decisions meet end-user needs

  • Collect, analyze, and report on user feedback to identify key trends and inform opportunities for design optimization

  • Collaborate with enabling functions (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to communicate new experience features and identify areas for improvement

Product Design and Development

  • Create user journey maps and personas to gain insight into user needs and inform product design

  • Design user interactions, including layout, element placement, and overall product flow for the areas of the product the team owns

  • Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test interfaces and interaction models

  • Conduct usability testing and gather customer feedback to iterate and improve designs at the feature level throughout the product release cycle

  • Work within an agile environment and champion the integration of design across the product development lifecycle, ensuring consistency and adherence to design standards

Basic Qualifications 

  • BS/MS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field

  • 5+ years of proven UX/UI design experience across platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet)

  • Strong portfolio showcasing demonstrable UX/UI design skills

  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen sensitivity to user-system interaction

  • Proficient in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows

  • Ability to confidently present and advocate for design decisions to stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or similar design and prototyping tools

  • Understanding of motion design principles for interactive experiences

  • Strong grasp of Design Thinking methodology and its application

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and effective execution

  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

  • General understanding of front-end development processes, including HTML and CSS
