Job Description

· 4+ years of industry experience in UX/UI design.

· Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience.

· Ability to support work verbally and visually with well-thought out design rationale, data or user research.

· A strong portfolio or samples of work demonstrating creative and innovative design solutions.

· Ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex user design issues into clean, understandable solutions.

· Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences.

· Ability to work in a collaborative team environment directly with developers for implementation of designs.

· Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

· Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and process flows for UX development.

· Experience with HTML5, CSS, JSON, and Angular.js

· Experience with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks like JQuery is required.

· Experience using Agile methodology a plus.

· Experience with responsive design a plus.

· Experience conducting user research and usability studies is desired.

· Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools is desired
