Role Summary

INTECON is looking for a highly skilled Space Operations Training & Readiness Manager / Crew Training and Readiness Manager to provide expert management of training records, crew scheduling, and readiness tracking for Mission Delta 4 operations. This role ensures that U.S. Space Force operators maintain compliance with USSF training regulations and readiness standards across SBIRS, UEWR, JTAGS, OBAC, and S2E2 systems.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as SME for the MAJCOM-approved training database (PEX).
  • Create and manage training accounts for ~750 Mission Delta 4 personnel.
  • Load Plans of Instruction (POIs) and assign students to courses.
  • Maintain crew tasks in accordance with Mission Task Lists (MTLs) and Consolidated Task Lists (CTLs).
  • Track and document training records, including Forms 4419, Form 8s, and error memos.
  • Conduct monthly audits of training database to identify deficiencies and report to leadership.
  • Monitor and report on proficiency shifts and training completion.
  • Train Mission Delta 4 members on database use in operator, instructor, and evaluator roles.
  • Provide accurate, timely readiness data to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in Crew Force Management.
  • 3+ years of experience with USSF MAJCOM-approved training databases (e.g., PEX).
  • Familiarity with USSF training and evaluation regulations.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Certifications / Experience

  • Prior operational experience within Mission Delta 4.
  • Advanced training in training program management.

Tools & Technologies

  • Patriot Excalibur (PEX).
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • USSF training management systems.

  • Clearance: Top Secret/SCI.
