Role Overview
We are seeking a User Research Intern to support our efforts in understanding patient and caregiver experiences, optimizing our services, and improving digital interactions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about human-centered design, qualitative and quantitative research, and making a real impact in healthcare.
Responsibilities
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather insights on patient experiences.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in usability testing for digital tools and patient communication platforms.
Collaborate with therapists, administrators, and designers to implement research findings.
Create reports and presentations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
Support ongoing research initiatives to enhance accessibility and service efficiency.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with tools like Google Forms, Qualtrics, or UX research platforms.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Passion for healthcare and improving patient experiences.
