What you'll do here:

  • Craft and develop outstanding user experiences that delight our users

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement flawless design solutions

  • Use and contribute to internal design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms

  • Develop innovative experiences that redefine industry standards

  • Conduct user research and testing to iterate and improve designs   

Skills you will need here:

  • Proven experience with design systems and crafting cohesive user experiences

  • Strong proficiency in designing accessible solutions and meeting required standards

  • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills

  • Ability to determine user needs and successfully implement solutions

  • Ambitious approach and a drive to compete at a world-class level

  • Minimum Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience.

  • Portfolio of work that demonstrates not only strong visual and interaction design skills, but also showcases your design thinking, problem-solving approach, and the process behind your decisions

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$67,000.00 - $87,100.00 USD
