Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a highly data-driven and creative problem-solver to join the team responsible for all the paid marketing campaigns and app store optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the paid media planning, regular monitoring, and effective execution of the various user acquisition initiatives to meet our growth and profitability goals.

The Role Itself

  • Manage the entire budget and optimize its distribution across multiple channels (e.g. META, Tik-Tok, Apple Search Ads, Google, DSPs, and other partners) to maximize player growth and profitability.
  • Lead the day-to-day campaign optimization across all our major performance marketing channels and partners.
  • Collaborate on building the right ASO (App Store Optimization) strategy and tactics for Fliff.
  • Influence the ad creative strategy, creatives’ experimentation, and bring new ideas to improve ad creative performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, UA best practices, and regulatory changes to drive user acquisition efficiencies.
  • Manage relationships with our external agencies and different advertising media partners.
  • Lead the regular reporting of campaign optimization, user growth, and the results of UA experimentations.

Experience Required

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, and/or media buying on most of the big ad networks for mobile sports apps/games.
  • Strong analytical skills, especially when it comes to interpreting campaign optimization, LTV, ROAS, cohort measurements etc. Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • An experience in working with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust etc.).
  • An experience in ASO (App Store Optimization) and familiarity with ASO and Ad intelligence tools (Data.ai, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action etc.)
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate across cross-functional teams.
  • An understanding of various attribution methods, SKAN and the changing privacy landscape is a major plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
