Establishes the team’s vision, operating model, and priorities; manages budgeting, forecasting, reporting, workforce and investment analyses; develops executive recommendations; and integrates operational, financial, resourcing, workflow, and performance data to support informed decisions and scalable growth.

The Senior Manager, Creative Business Strategy & Financial Planning leads the function responsible for transforming business, financial, and operational data into action that enables the Walmart Creative organization to operate more effectively, invest more intentionally, and scale for the future.
This role leads a multidisciplinary team spanning:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Business Operations & Strategic Investment Analysis
Operational Data & Insights
The Senior Manager establishes the team's vision and priorities, integrates work across these disciplines, and ensures the organization has the information, infrastructure, and strategic guidance needed to make informed decisions.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for business strategy, data strategy and analytics, financial planning, reporting, and business operations.
- Establish the vision, roadmap, priorities, and operating model for the Creative Business Strategy & Financial Planning function.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, recommendations, and narratives that simplify complex business, data, and financial information.
- Lead the end-to-end annual financial management and planning process for Walmart Creative, including:
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Reporting
- Lead strategic analyses related to:
- New capabilities
- Operating models
- Workforce strategies
- Technologies

- Oversee the development of an integrated data strategy that connects:

What you'll bring...
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience across:
- Financial Planning
- Business Strategy

- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing talent across:
- Strategic functions
- Analytical functions
