The Opportunity
As part of the Delivery Manager team you manage IT project planning, delivery, and execution using Agile methodology. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You oversee development projects and technical operational aspects for a specific business area's applications, making sure of successful implementation and upgrades.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 6 years of experience in progressive roles managing IT project planning, delivery, and execution using Agile methodology
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, or Management Information Systems preferred
- Understanding Agile methods (Scrum, etc.) and establishing smooth flow (Kanban, etc.)
- Showcasing knowledge of Microsoft based technologies including ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, SSRS, etc.
- Driving development of new business capabilities using technology
- Managing Cloud-based implementations and upgrades
- Implementing Continuous Integration and DevOps
- Understanding Traditional Waterfall/Iterative methods (RUP, etc.)
- Understanding IT Service Management industry leading practices (ITIL)
- Leveraging SDLC Methodology

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
