The Partner Manager will oversee training partners, ensuring quality delivery, performance oversight, and coordinating operations while fostering strong partner relationships.
We seek a subject matter expert with experience managing multiple partners to support professional services staff augmentation. This role oversees external training partners, enhances our partner ecosystem, and scales training delivery by managing third-party vendors. The candidate will ensure partner-led training meets quality standards, supports customer outcomes, and aligns with our go-to-market strategy.
🔹 Partner Relationship Management
· Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage training delivery partners and contractors
· Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communications, performance, and escalations.
· Foster strong, collaborative relationships to ensure alignment with our training goals and corporate values.
🔹 Quality & Performance Oversight
· Define and enforce training delivery standards, including content fidelity, facilitation quality, and learner experience.
· Monitor partner performance through feedback, metrics, and regular reviews.
· Implement continuous improvement plans and corrective actions as needed.
· Works closely with partner/vendors, Professional Services & Sales Leadership teams, and Finance/Legal for ongoing contract and budget management.
🔹 Operational Coordination
· Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource planning for partner-led training sessions.
· Ensure partners are equipped with up-to-date materials, tools, and enablement resources.
· Ensure partners remain current with product releases, workflows, and certifications.
· Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align partner capacity accordingly.
· Oversee partner budgets, reconcile invoices, and handle payments through the online financial system.
· Support the development of scalable partner delivery models and frameworks.
· Contribute to the evolution of our training strategy by identifying opportunities for partner innovation and expansion.
· Align partner programs with broader organizational goals, including customer success and product adoption.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, training operations, or program management preferred.
- Experience working with third-party vendors or contractors in a training or services environment.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), virtual training tools, and customer education best practices.
At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $107,000 - $115,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
