The Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll, and compliance while managing AP/AR functions and ensuring timely payments.
IVIX is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and payroll for our growing U.S. entity. This is a part- time (~50%) position, ideal for a hands-on professional who is comfortable managing everything from journal entries to month-end reporting, while collaborating with our finance leadership in Israel. The role has strong potential to expand into a full-time position as the company scales. This position can be remote, though availability for in-person meetings in the greater NYC area is preferred.
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred but not required).
- 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience; SaaS or technology company experience strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, monthly close processes, and revenue recognition.
- Hands-on experience with accounting and payroll systems and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and communication skills.
- Experience with international consolidations and inter-company transactions a plus.
- Based on the East Coast with flexibility for hybrid or remote work
