This position is responsible for data entry of accounts into the agency management system, binding of coverage and sends policies and endorsements to brokers. Provides prompt and courteous service to underwriters, brokers, coworkers and management and necessary support to the overall production and objectives of the department.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data importing and data entry of accounts into Agency Management System.
  • Documentation review to ensure risk meets outlined requirements.
  • Documentation maintenance and policy generation.
  • 1st level customer and broker correspondence.
  • Processing of endorsements and any legal notices.
  • Binding policies as directed within Agency Management Systems.
  • Provides training and acta as mentor to new Underwriting Analysts.
  • Handles escalated or more complex tasks building on Underwriting Analyst skills.
  • Assists with Loss History reports, invoicing and importing when needed
