Position Pays: $65 - $70.09/hr

Responsibilities

  • Independently operate ultrasound equipment to perform complex diagnostic exams
  • Receive patients, explain procedures, and position patients
  • Select technical factors and document diagnostic images
  • Prepare ultrasound rooms with required supplies and equipment
  • Send images to PACS, perform post‑processing and case editing
  • Maintain patient documentation using Radiology VistA and CPRS

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of current medical sonography experience
  • Medical Instrument Technician (MIT) qualification
  • ARDMS certification encouraged, but not required
  • Current BLS certification
  • PACS experience (AGFA preferred; training provided if needed)
  • No sponsorship available
