Overview
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking Ultrasound Technologists to support the Long Beach VA Health Care System located at 5901 E 7th St, Long Beach, CA 90822. Position Pays: $65 - $70.09/hr
Responsibilities
- Independently operate ultrasound equipment to perform complex diagnostic exams
- Receive patients, explain procedures, and position patients
- Select technical factors and document diagnostic images
- Prepare ultrasound rooms with required supplies and equipment
- Send images to PACS, perform post‑processing and case editing
- Maintain patient documentation using Radiology VistA and CPRS
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of current medical sonography experience
- Medical Instrument Technician (MIT) qualification
- ARDMS certification encouraged, but not required
- Current BLS certification
- PACS experience (AGFA preferred; training provided if needed)
