Summary:
We are seeking a UI/UX Product Designer to join our team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual language of Refine’s products, ensuring a seamless and elegant experience for ecommerce brands and shoppers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web applications and internal tools.

  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.

  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are translated accurately into production.

  • Help establish and evolve Refine’s design system.

  • Advocate for user-centric, accessible, and delightful product experiences.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work across responsive web apps.

  • Expertise with Figma and other design/prototyping tools.

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and user research methods.

  • Experience designing SaaS products, admin dashboards, or B2B interfaces is a plus.

Salary Range:
$96,000–$120,000 USD base salary range, depending on experience and fit.
