Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products, and turning complex data into easy-to-digest contents. You will work closely with product owners to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into user-centered design solutions. If you are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex user workflows and data models into user-friendly interfaces and logical user flows.
- Design and iterate on wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Create visual structures and hierarchies that make large volumes of data easy to understand and navigate.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to understand requirements and constraints.
- Conduct or collaborate on user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions.
- Define, maintain, and evolve design systems and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across products.
- Continuously improve the user experience based on feedback, analytics, and evolving product goals.
- Present and articulate design rationale to stakeholders and teammates.
Requirements
- Design and deliver intuitive user experiences by translating complex workflows and data models into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, with a focus on clarity and usability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams, using research, testing, and analytics to validate and refine design decisions based on user needs and product goals.
- Maintain visual consistency and design quality through the creation and evolution of design systems, component libraries, and effective communication of design rationale to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creating infographics explaining complex technology
- Experience in utilizing design AI tools
- Proficiency in motion graphics/animation
- Proficiency in video production
