As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you'll collaborate to create user flows, design interfaces, conduct research, and enhance user experiences.

As a Junior UI/UX Designer at Worth AI, you will have the opportunity to contribute to user-centered design processes and help enhance the overall user experience of our innovative software solutions.
This role is based in Orlando, FL- hybrid.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user specifications and create intuitive user flows and wireframes.
- Design visually appealing interfaces, balancing aesthetics with usability and accessibility principles.
- Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gather insights and ensure user-centric design decisions.
- Create user personas, storyboards, and user journey maps to define the end-to-end user experience.
- Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and facilitate user testing and feedback.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure design implementation aligns with the intended user experience.
- Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices.
- 3+ years proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a software or technology company.
- Proficiency with design and wireframing tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Solid understanding of web and mobile design standards and trends.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in Risk, Underwriting and/or Payments Industry is preferred
