We are seeking a UX/UI Analyst to support Human Centered Design efforts across secure healthcare data applications within a large-scale enterprise data modernization environment. In this role, you’ll help translate complex clinical and operational workflows into intuitive, accessible user experiences that align with enterprise design standards and analytics-driven platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, data teams, and product stakeholders to improve usability, accessibility, and consistency across data applications supporting regulated healthcare environments.
What You’ll Bring:- Design responsive user interfaces using Figma or Adobe XD, aligned with enterprise design systems and reusable UI components
- Apply Human Centered Design practices including user interviews, journey mapping, workflow simulations, and usability testing
- Ensure interfaces meet Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards using tools such as ANDI or IBM Equal Access Accessibility Checker
- Support UX improvements across analytics-driven platforms and BI environments such as Tableau or Qlik
- Collaborate with developers to translate designs into scalable UI patterns that integrate with secure enterprise identity flows (CAC, SSO, MFA)
- Conduct scenario-based usability testing and incorporate continuous feedback into Agile delivery cycles
- Contribute to enterprise design systems, accessibility patterns, and interaction standards across data applications
- Partner with stakeholders to align UX decisions with clinical workflows, analytics dashboards, and mission needs
- Approximately 3–6 years of experience supporting UX/UI or Human Centered Design efforts for enterprise or regulated web applications
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of Section 508 and WCAG accessibility requirements and testing approaches
- Experience designing user experiences for data-heavy applications, dashboards, or analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, or similar)
- Familiarity with secure authentication patterns such as CAC, SSO, or MFA within enterprise environments
- Experience collaborating within Agile or SAFe delivery teams
- Ability to translate complex workflows and stakeholder requirements into clear, usable interface designs
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Compensation:
At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
United States Wage Range: $90,000 – $120,000
