About Tradeify

Tradeify is a fast-growing fintech company empowering traders with access to capital, advanced tools, and a high-performance trading ecosystem. Our platform combines elite trading technology, education, and community to help traders succeed in global markets.

We're looking for a designer who makes polished websites and landing pages that are visually engaging yet easy to use.

You care deeply about the craft - the typography, the layout, the visual details that separate good from great. You always strive for exceptional work that looks great while still having great UX.

What You'll Do

You'll own the visual design of Tradeify's marketing web presence - our homepage, product pages, landing pages, and ad campaign pages. This is a hands-on design role, where you'll work closely with the marketing and design team to continuously raise the bar on how Tradeify looks and feels to the world.

Day to day, that means:

  • Designing landing pages and campaign pages from brief to final deliverable - taking raw content, structuring it into a compelling narrative, and executing a visual design that makes people pay attention, and keeps them scrolling

  • Thinking about information architecture and content structure, not just visuals - making pages scannable, intuitive, and easy to navigate so that visitors actually find what they need and take action

  • Evolving and elevating Tradeify's visual brand identity across the web, establishing a level of polish that sets us apart in our industry

  • Designing with interaction and motion in mind - thinking about how a page feels to scroll through, where moments of delight or emphasis belong, and briefing developers on how to bring it to life

  • Collaborating with our development team on implementation - you design it, they build it, and you care enough to QA the output

  • Iterating on pages based on what's working and what isn't

What We're Looking For

Your portfolio comes first. It's the most important part of your application. We want to see:

  • Marketing websites, homepages, and landing pages that demonstrate exceptional visual craft - strong typography, intentional colour, confident layout decisions, and an overall level of polish that's immediately obvious

  • Work for startups, SaaS companies, tech brands, or DTC companies that shows you can operate at a high visual standard (not template-based work or small local business sites)

  • Evidence that you think about content structure and information hierarchy, not just surface aesthetics - your pages should guide someone through a story, not just look good in a screenshot

Beyond the portfolio:

  • You can take a messy brief or a wall of copy and turn it into a clean, scannable, persuasive page - you're as much an information designer as a visual one

  • You understand that great marketing design serves a business goal - you want your pages to convert, not just to impress other designers

  • You have a natural feel for what makes a page easy to read, easy to navigate, and easy to act on

  • You're comfortable working with brand guidelines and pushing them forward, not just following them

  • Expert in Figma and your preferred tool to generate creative assets for websites

Nice to have:

  • Webflow experience (we have webflow developers, so you won’t build pages in webflow on a day to day)

  • Branding experience is a plus

  • Interest in conversion psychology is a plus

  • Design system experience

What You Won't Need to Do

Write code. We have developers, including Webflow developers. You design, they build.

Why This Role

Tradeify is a fintech company in the prop trading space. We're growing fast, we take design seriously.

This role reports to our Design Manager, who brings product and conversion thinking to complement your visual craft. You'll have real creative ownership over how the brand shows up on the web, and the room to push it somewhere ambitious.

If your portfolio makes us stop scrolling, we want to talk.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
