Job Description
J.P. Morgan Payments combines Treasury Services, Trade & Working Capital, and Merchant Services capabilities to help clients pay customers or employees, in different currencies, around the world. We process nearly $10 trillion payments daily, operating in over 160 countries and over 120 currencies, and are #1 in USD payments volume. Treasury Services is an integral part within the Payments business; inclusive of Payment Rails, Liquidity & Account Solutions, Receivables and Commercial Card.
As a Treasury Services Product Manager in Market Expansion Team you are an integral part of the team whose work supports the roll out and seamless implementation of Treasury Services (TS) Products that JP Morgan delivers to clients in Turkey. You will ensure that the strategy is built for purpose, in accordance with local market practice, regulatory landscape and product requirements. The role includes extensive collaboration with multiple global and local stakeholder groups such as Sales, Operations, Service, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.

Job responsibilities
- Implementing Payments product strategy through end-to-end understanding of how Türkiye market works and how TS products (Liquidity, FX, Payment Rails, Channels etc.) can be deployed in the country for J.P. Morgan clients.
- Understanding local legislation impacting TS products and ensure they are taken into consideration as part of the strategy
- Partners closely with related teams and advises on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure our products meet all necessary risk and compliance checks
- Anticipates internal and external factors impacting the business' governance and implement plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Fluent Turkish and English verbal and written communication
- 8+ years of financial services and /or product management experience
- Proven knowledge of payment systems, banking and financial technology within Türkiye industry
- Strong understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
- Proven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirements
- Advanced communication, presentation, influencing, and interpersonal skills with an ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Passion for understanding customer needs and demonstrated ability to build scalable platforms
- Intellectually curious with learner mindset and strong attention to detail including providing guidance on building current account capabilities and payment systems
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in building and delivering payment strategy for a financial institution in conjunction with regulatory bodies is an asset.
- Experience in working with external vendors and Fintechs is an asset.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining relentless attention to the details required to ensure successful execution
- Commercially minded individual with creative problem solving, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions
