Our SelectLeaders client is a U.S.-based commercial bank that offers a broad range of financial services, with a particular strength in international trade and small business lending. They provide products such as export-import financing, commercial real estate loans, business and personal checking and savings accounts, and digital banking solutions and are seeking a Treasury Relationship Manager to support their growing team.

As a Treasury Relationship Manager, your focus is primarily on generating new business while growing existing revenue from existing clients. You will maintain and develop trusted relationships with your client sector, prove superior customer service, ensure clients receive prompt, professional, and solutions-oriented support that deepens relationships and drives long-term value.

As a member of the team you will implement, develop, and execute product strategies while leading and managing key client pursuits and relationships. Additionally, you will ensure proper alignment of strategies and credit capacity for a treasury services product.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by winning new treasury, payments, and deposit relationships while expanding existing clients

  • Prospect, source, and close new business with a strong hunter mindset

  • Engage senior stakeholders to deliver tailored, high-impact treasury solutions

  • Lead strategic, insight-driven client conversations that position value and drive decisions

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal to close

  • Maximize portfolio profitability while actively managing client risk

  • Build deep client relationships and a strong industry network to fuel growth

  • Stay ahead of competitors and position solutions to win

  • Recommend product and process improvements to enhance performance

  • Ensure full compliance with all banking regulations and requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of operations experience in a similar position.

  • Commercial banking experience required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field

  • Thorough knowledge of bank operations, systems, and product and services.

  • Knowledge of Treasury /Cash Management experience with product and services required.

  • Knowledge of risk with banking operations and payment systems.

  • Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Knowledge with Audit standards and Payment systems requirements (Fedwire, Swift, etc.)

  • Knowledge of financial and budget process

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
