Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between one of two sessions.
Session 1: May 27 - August 14
Session 2: June 17 - September 4
The Treasury Management Product Intern will actively participate in product development and roadmap management, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Sales, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Marketing to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables.

• Develop requirements and user stories for new product initiatives.
• Conduct profitability analyses and identify leakage within Treasury Management products.
• Execute user acceptance testing and manage defect resolution processes.
• Redesign and maintain content for Treasury Management Product SharePoint pages.
• Assist in the redesign of product presentation templates and related support materials.
• Foster effective collaboration and communication with team members, providing regular updates.
• Deliver both tactical assignments and longer-term projects within established timelines.
• Present a comprehensive summary of internship assignments and key learnings at the conclusion of the program.
