We are evolving our presales organization to meet the next generation of travel distribution, powered by AI, data, and modern digital platforms.
We are seeking a high-potential, digital-native Solution Consultant who brings strong analytical, technical, and AI-driven thinking, and AI toolset competencies and who will be developed into a best-in-class presales professional within Amadeus.
Summary of the role:
A structured upskilling journey into travel industry expertise and Amadeus solutions. You will partner with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to shape customer solutions, while building deep expertise in the travel ecosystem, airline retailing, and next-generation distribution models.
We are looking for candidates who may not come from traditional travel presales backgrounds but who demonstrate:
Customer-facing presales responsibilities
Digital and AI-driven solution design
Strong digital fluency and AI mindset
Ability to learn quickly and operate in complex environments
Passion for technology-driven problem solving
You will be trained and mentored to:
Lead customer discovery and solution design
Deliver impactful demos and value-based storytelling
Translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes
In this role you’ll:
Conduct discovery sessions leveraging data-driven and AI-assisted insights
Analyze customer challenges using structured frameworks and digital tool
Build initial solution hypotheses using modern tooling, automation, and analytics
Translate business problems into innovative, scalable solution architectures
Define solutions incorporating:
API-based architectures
NDC / modern distribution models
Data and AI capabilities
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align on future-ready solutions
Identify opportunities to introduce automation, personalization, and intelligence
Leverage AI tools to:
Improve proposal quality and speed
Build smarter solution narratives
Enhance customer insights and preparation
Contribute to evolving AI-enabled presales methodologies
Continuously test and adopt new tools to improve productivity and effectiveness
Deliver compelling demos that emphasize:
Business outcomes vs product features
AI-powered capabilities and automation value
Use data, scenarios, and storytelling to bring solutions to life
Develop lightweight prototypes or proof-of-concepts where relevant

Present and align solution design addressing customer needs with key stakeholders which could include account management, delivery, product management and/or R&D
Collaborate with account management team to ensure additional business development opportunities are documented and prioritized
Alert Account Manager of potential risks to deal closure
About the ideal candidate:
2–5 years of experience in:
Technology consulting
