Travel Primary Care Provider, Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Full-Time | PACE Program

Our value-based PACE program allows our Primary Care Providers to provide truly comprehensive, holistic care, so you can focus on what really matters: your patients.

Competitive compensation of $171,697 annually + quarterly bonus

Regular hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, including home visits

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of experience working with the elderly. Must have prescriptive authority, DEA registration, and eligible to serve Medicare/Medi-Cal participants. Role requires travel throughout our California clinics.
