Travel and Expense Specialist - Procurement
Where you’ll work: In this role, you will work onsite at our North American Headquarters located at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive | Lithia, FL 33547. You will work a hybrid schedule with 3 dedicated office days.
The Travel and Expense Specialist will play a key role in analyzing corporate travel spend, identifying patterns, and supporting vendor strategy. This position focuses on gathering and interpreting data to recommend preferred suppliers, consolidate bookings, and improve cost efficiency. Duties include preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with travel management contacts, and helping guide internal teams toward smarter travel decisions. The role is designed to support strategic planning and ensure consistency across travel programs, with a strong emphasis on data-driven insights and collaboration.
What you’ll do:
Identify cost optimization opportunities across corporate travel programs
Lead negotiations with global suppliers including travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and car rental companies to secure favorable contract terms
Conduct benchmarking against industry standards to monitor trends and uncover opportunities for innovation
Propose and implement continuous improvements that enhance traveler experience and reduce costs
Leverage new technologies and solutions to drive efficiency in travel management
Create executive-level presentations that highlight spend analysis, supplier performance, and strategic recommendations
Prepare detailed reports with KPIs and financial insights to support data-driven decision-making
Recommend corrective actions or new strategies based on performance analysis
Lead the implementation of new tools, automated processes, and innovative initiatives within the T&E function
Manage the full lifecycle of new process and technology rollouts, including training, change management, and global integration
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in administration, business or related discipline
3+ years of related experience
Experience with an ERP system and/or travel system
Advanced communication skills in English
Proven organizational skills and experience in managing complex projects and priorities
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in corporate travel and expense management
Analytical and cost optimization capabilities
Bonus points if you have the following:
SAP Concur, SAP, Pacote Office e, and/ or Power BI
Intermediate Portuguese and/or Spanish
