Transaction Coordinator

As a Transaction Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting our sales team and ensuring customers have a seamless experience from the moment an order is placed through final delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support our sales team by coordinating customer orders from purchase through successful delivery
  • Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a helpful attitude
  • Route customer requests to the appropriate team members while ensuring timely follow up
  • Research and communicate shipment tracking information to customers
  • Purchase products for customer orders using established guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, shipping, receiving, and accounting to ensure orders move smoothly through each stage
  • Assist customer with questions related to invoicing, shipping, product returns, damaged shipments, or missing items
  • Help resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions and keeping customers informed throughout the process
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our products and services to provide effective support
  • Build positive relationships with teammates and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused environment

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting customers, coordinating work, or assisting a sales or operations team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering a positive experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong time management skills with ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative approach and ability to build strong working relationships across teams

Bonus Points:

  • Previous sales support, order management, or transaction coordinator experience
  • Experience in customer service, retail, or another role where you balanced multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service
  • Exposure to project management, project coordination, or working in a project-driven environment
  • Experience using Oracle or another ERP/business system

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Travel:

  • 25%

Pay Range:

  • $23/hr-$28/hr depending on experience
