Our Education team plays a critical role in ensuring sponsors, CROs, sites, patients, and internal teams receive high‑quality, timely, and compliant training. The Training Operations Manager is responsible for facilitating the setup, delivery, coordination, and reporting of training services across assigned studies, while ensuring alignment with project timelines, standard work instructions, and customer expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support clinical studies with up to two associated product lines and/or therapeutic areas

  • Review training plans with the Principal Customer Education Specialist and coordinate assignment of Customer Education team resources across training delivery, content development, and training operations

  • Finalize training delivery schedules in collaboration with sponsors

  • Update project management tools with resource assignments and communicate assignments to assigned Project Managers

  • Coordinate timelines within the Education team, maintain deliverable schedules, and proactively communicate risks or issues to Project Managers

  • Manage the deployment of eLearning curricula for assigned studies in accordance with standard work instructions

  • Manage the deployment of instructor‑led training through the Learning Management System (LMS) following defined processes

  • Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting of training activities

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support consistent, compliant, and high‑quality training execution
     

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in human resources, education, business, or a field relevant to the clinical trial industry

  • Professional certification in adult learning or project management is preferred but not required

  • Three or more years of experience as a Training Operations Specialist within the Clario Education team

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple timelines

  • Creative problem‑solving skills and flexibility to address evolving learning needs and operational challenges

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • High technical aptitude, including the ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and tools

  • Experience administering and managing training activities within a Learning Management System
